Estrogens (oestrogens or œstrogens are a group of steroid compounds, which are very important in the estrous cycle, and functioning as the primary woman sex hormone. Estrogens are used in hormone replacement therapy for trans women. Estrogen is considered to play a significant role in female’s mental health. Sudden estrogen withdrawal, fluctuating estrogen, and periods of sustained estrogen low levels correlates with significant mental health lowering. Estrogen and other hormones are given to postmenopausal women in order to prevent osteoporosis.

This drug is used to reduce fever and treat pain or inflammation caused by many conditions such as headache, menstrual cramps, toothache, back pain, arthritis or minor injury.
Estradiol or oestradiol ( Estrace, Climara, Estraderm, Menostar, Clinagen LA 40, Delestrogen, Dep Gynogen, Depo-Estradiol, Estragyn LA 5, Gynogen LA 20, Menaval-20, Estraderm ) is a sex hormone. Estradiol is the predominant sex hormone present in woman. Estradiol tablet represents the major estrogen in humans. Estradiol tablet has not only a critical impact on reproductive and sexual functioning, but also affects other organs including the bones. Estradiol tablet is a form of estrogen. Estradiol is used for symptomatic treatment of the usual symptoms associated with menopause, prevention of bone fractures associated with osteoporosis, reduction of the risk of heart attacks and strokes, and dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
